Q: Can you set up or style our venue for us on the day?
A: Set up is only available on our silk flower package deal, All other prop hire is strictly on a DIY basis, remember to check your vehicle is big enough for your order.
Q: How long is the hire period?
A: All prices quoted are for 1 weeks hire period, additional weeks are charged extra.
Q: Collection and returns.
A: All collections and returns are at a pre arranged time on Mondays only. If your event falls on a Monday please get in touch to discuss alternative collection dates.
Q: Can we visit the showroom or view our props.
A: Unfortunately we don’t offer appointment as the items are all kept in storage, if you need additional information or images please ask.
Q: What deposit do you require?
A: Orders under £100 we require full payment, orders over £100 we require a 50% deposit.
Q: How soon should I book?
A: Unfortunately we cannot hold any items until the deposit is paid.
